Adamawa State College of Nursing Sciences ND/HND Nursing Admission Form 2025/2026; The Adamawa State College of Nursing Sciences, Yola has announced the commencement of the sale of Post-UTME screening forms for admission into its ND and HND Nursing programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.
Prospective candidates are advised to carefully follow the application guidelines below.
How to Apply
- Visit the Admission Portal
- Go to http://conam.admissions.cloud/ and follow the application instructions on the portal.
- Generate a Remita Payment Invoice
- Visit the Remita platform to generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) payment invoice.
- Make Payment
- Proceed to any designated bank and make the required payment of ₦20,000 (Twenty Thousand Naira) using the generated RRR.
- Complete the Online Application
- Fill out the application form online.
- Upload all required credentials.
- Print three (3) copies of the completed form.
- Obtain Examination Screening Card
- Present your proof of payment and the printed application form at the College to collect your Examination Screening Card.
Eligibility for ND Nursing Post-UTME Screening
- First-Choice Candidates:
- Candidates who selected the College as their first choice in the 2025 UTME and scored a minimum aggregate of 150.
- Change of Institution Candidates:
- Candidates who have changed their institution/course to the College must also have scored at least 150 aggregate in the 2025 UTME.
- Age Requirement:
- All candidates must be at least 16 years old by 1st September 2025.
- O’Level Requirement:
- Candidates must present five (5) credit passes in:
- English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology
- Credits must be obtained in not more than two sittings in WAEC or NECO.
- WAEC and NECO results can be combined, but NABTEB can only be combined with NABTEB.
- Candidates must present five (5) credit passes in:
Requirements for Return-Basic Nursing, Midwifery, and Post-Basic Nursing Programmes
- Candidates must be duly registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
Screening Dates
- Aptitude Test: 8th September 2025
- Post-UTME Screening/Oral Interview: 15th – 20th September 2025
