- Health Information Management (HIM) – ND (Duration: 2 years)
- Diploma in Computer Science – (Duration: 2 years)
- Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW, Abridgement) – OND (Duration: 6 months)
- Junior Community Health Extension Worker (ICHEW) Certificate – (Duration: 2 years)
- Diploma Health Promotion and Education (DHPE) – ND (Duration: 2 years)

Entry Requirements:
For Diploma/National Diploma/Higher National Diploma programs, applicants must have five (5) credit passes in Basic Science Subjects in NECO, WAEC, or GCE, obtained in not more than two sittings.
For Certificate Courses, applicants must have four (4) passes, including English Language and Mathematics, plus two Science Subjects (Biology, Chemistry, Health Science), and two passes in any other two Subjects in NECO, WAEC, GCE, GRADE II, or NABTEB, obtained in not more than two (2) sittings.
Note: Holders of Environmental Health Assistant (EHA), Junior Community Health Extension Worker (ICHEW), Medical Laboratory Assistant (MLA), Certificate in Health Education (CHE/STIPC), and Pharmacy Assistant Certificate (PAC) who meet the basic requirements for Diploma and have one year of Post Qualification Experience can be admitted into the 200 level of the CHEW, MLT, DHPE, and PHT programs.
The application process for the 2024/2025 Academic Session is entirely online and will be open from February 1st, 2024, to April 31st, 2024, through the College portal http://ascoht.admissions.cloud. Here’s a step-by-step guide for the application process:
- Account Activation:
- Click on “New Application”
- Enter your full name and valid phone number for communication purposes.
- Login:
- Use your phone number as both your username and password to log in.
- Payment:
- Generate an RRR and make a payment of N6,500.00 in any bank of your choice, preferably Zenith Bank or Union Bank.
- Choice of Programme:
- After payment, log in and select your desired program from the available list.
- Educational Qualification:
- Enter your O’level results, not exceeding two sittings. Direct entry applicants should also enter the certificate obtained and the institution attended with dates.
- Uploading Your Passport:
- Upload a recent passport photograph in JPEG format.
- Submit Application:
- Click on “Submit” after filling in all the necessary information.
- Printing of Application Form:
- Your application ID is the serial number on your form, which also serves as your username for future logins.
