Entry Requirements
To qualify, candidates must meet all of the following:
- JAMB Score: Minimum of 100 marks in the 2025 UTME
- Subjects in JAMB: Must include English, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
- Choice of Institution: ACHCONSA must be chosen as first or second choice in JAMB
- O’Level Credits: Five (5) credits in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics in WAEC, NECO, NABTEB (max. 2 sittings)
- Minimum Age: At least 17 years old
How to Apply Online
Follow these steps to complete your application:
- Visit the ACHCONSA Admission Portal: ACHCONSA Admission Page (replace with actual link if available)
- Click “Apply Now” and create your account
- Check your email for your access code
- Use the access code to log in and fill out the application form
- Pay the ₦25,000 Post-UTME application fee online only through the portal
- Review your form and submit
- Save a copy of your payment receipt and registration confirmation
