Important Information for Candidates
- Check JAMB CAPS for O’Level Results
Candidates are advised to log in to their JAMB CAPS profile to confirm that their uploaded certificates/results, especially O’Level results, are intact. Sometimes uploaded documents may drop from the portal, and without them, admission will not be processed. - Admission Timeline
The university plans to conclude the admission process in October 2025. Candidates who wish to change their programmes of choice are strongly encouraged to do so immediately to avoid inconveniences. - Wrong JAMB Subject Combinations
Candidates with incorrect JAMB subject combinations should change to appropriate available programmes to prevent delays during registration. - Direct Entry (DE) Candidates
The screening portal will remain open for DE candidates until the conclusion of the admission exercise.
How to Check ABU Post-UTME Result
Follow the steps below to check your result:
- Visit the ABU Post-UTME portal at http://putme.abu.edu.ng/UTME.
- Locate the Login Area on the right-hand side of the page.
- Enter your JAMB Registration Number in the required field.
- Select your State of Origin.
- Click on ‘Login’.
- Go to Notifications in the menu to view your score and aggregate.
