ABU IJMB & Remedial Admission Forms 2024/2025; Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) invites applications for its Basic (IJMB) and Remedial programmes for the 2024/2025 academic session. These programmes provide pathways to university admission for eligible candidates.

About the Programmes

Basic (IJMB) Programme

Prepares students for Direct Entry admission into Nigerian universities.
Duration: 12 months.

Remedial Programme

Serves as a bridge for students seeking university admission.
Duration: 9 months.

IJMB Programme

Applicants must have a minimum of five credits, including English and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
Subject Combinations include:

- Chemistry, Geography, Physics
- Geography, Mathematics, Physics
- Chemistry, Geology, Physics
Admitted candidates must register for JAMB Direct Entry Admission.

Remedial Programme

Applicants must have at least three credits in science subjects in one sitting.
Subject Combinations include:
- English, Biology, Chemistry, Geography
- English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics
- English, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, Geography
- English, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Geography
Candidates must register for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), meet the minimum pass mark, and select ABU as their first choice.

How to Apply

PRACTICE PAST QUESTIONS HERE (JAMB, WAEC, NECO, POST-UTME)

Pay a ₦10,000 application fee.
Visit the SBRS official site.
Create an account or log in as a returning user.
Complete the application form with:
- Personal details.
- O’Level results.
- A passport photo upload.
Select the programme (IJMB or Remedial).
Make payment:
- Pay online using an ATM card, or
- Print the transaction slip to pay at a bank.
Submit applications by 31 January 2025.
