FUMHSF Post UTME Form 2026/2027. The Federal University of Medical and Health Sciences, Funtua (FUMHSF) has opened its Post-UTME screening registration for the 2026/2027 academic session.
The online screening exercise is open from 30 September to 21 October 2026. Eligible candidates are required to pay a ₦2,000 screening fee through Remita and complete the registration online.
FUMHSF requires candidates to have selected the university as their first choice in the 2026 UTME and to meet the minimum UTME score for their chosen programme.

How to Apply for FUMHSF Post UTME 2026/2027
Eligible candidates can complete the FUMHSF Post-UTME screening registration online.
- Visit the FUMHSF admission portal at portal.fumhsf.edu.ng and create a profile account.
- Complete the online Post-UTME screening form with your correct personal and admission details.
- Generate a Remita invoice for the ₦2,000 screening fee.
- Pay the screening fee online or through a designated bank branch, where applicable.
- Upload the required documents to the admission portal.
- Carefully review the information provided before submitting the application.
- Submit the completed form and print or save the acknowledgement/application slip for future reference.
Candidates should check their names, examination results and other information carefully before submitting the form. Errors or inaccurate information may cause problems during the admission process.
FUMHSF Post UTME Eligibility
Candidates must meet the following conditions to participate in the 2026/2027 Post-UTME screening:
- FUMHSF must have been selected as the candidate’s first-choice university in the 2026 UTME.
- The candidate must have scored at least the minimum UTME mark required for the intended programme.
- Candidates who initially selected another institution may participate after completing a JAMB Change of Institution to FUMHSF before registering for the screening.
The required UTME score depends on the programme chosen.
FUMHSF Cut-Off Marks for 2026/2027
FUMHSF has specified different minimum UTME scores for the programmes covered by the 2026/2027 admission exercise.

Medicine and Surgery has the highest minimum UTME score at 220, followed by Nursing Science at 200.
Public Health and Doctor of Physiotherapy require a minimum score of 180, while Human Nutrition and Dietetics, Environmental Health, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Therapy, Medical Physics and Biotechnology require 170.
Meeting the minimum UTME score makes a candidate eligible to participate in the screening, provided the first-choice requirement and other applicable conditions have also been met. It does not guarantee admission.

Documents Required for FUMHSF Post UTME Screening
Candidates are required to upload the documents specified for the online screening exercise.
These include:
- JAMB Result Slip
- O’Level result from WAEC, NECO or NABTEB
- Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
Candidates should ensure that the information on the uploaded documents matches the details entered during registration.
All information supplied during the application must be accurate and verifiable. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification.
O’Level Result Upload Requirement
Candidates are required to upload their O’Level results on both the FUMHSF admission portal and the JAMB CAPS portal.
Uploading an O’Level result to one platform does not replace the requirement to upload it to the other.
Candidates should therefore confirm that their O’Level result has been properly uploaded and reflected on both platforms as required.
FUMHSF Post UTME Screening Is Fully Online
The 2026/2027 FUMHSF Post-UTME screening exercise will be conducted entirely online.
Candidates will not be required to attend a physical screening exercise at this stage.
Applicants should follow the instructions displayed on the university’s admission portal throughout the registration process.
Candidates should also provide a valid telephone number and email address that they can access throughout the admission process, as these may be used for communication.
FUMHSF Post UTME Screening Fee
The FUMHSF Post-UTME screening fee is ₦2,000.
Candidates are required to generate a Remita payment invoice during the application process and complete the payment online or through a designated bank branch, where applicable.
The payment must be completed as part of the registration process before the application can be submitted.
FUMHSF First-Choice Requirement
Candidates must have selected the Federal University of Medical and Health Sciences, Funtua as their first-choice institution in the 2026 UTME.
Candidates who selected another institution as their first choice must change their institution to FUMHSF through JAMB before participating in the Post-UTME screening.
The first-choice requirement applies alongside the programme-specific UTME cut-off mark.
For example, a candidate applying for Medicine and Surgery must have at least 220 UTME, while a Nursing Science applicant requires at least 200. Candidates applying for the other listed programmes must meet the applicable score of 170 or 180.
FUMHSF Post UTME Registration Deadline
FUMHSF opened its 2026/2027 Post-UTME screening registration on Wednesday, 30 September 2026.
The application deadline is:

Candidates should complete the payment, online form and required document uploads before the deadline.
Applicants who fail to complete the registration within the stated period will not be considered for the Post-UTME screening exercise.
Admission Is Not Automatic
Meeting the programme cut-off mark and participating in the Post-UTME screening does not guarantee admission into FUMHSF.
Admission remains subject to the university’s approved admission requirements, available spaces and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Candidates should therefore ensure that they meet all relevant requirements for their chosen programme and complete the screening registration before the deadline.
