AAU ASUU Scholarship 2026: N200000 Award for Indigent Undergraduate Students; The Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, Ambrose Alli University, AAU, Ekpoma Chapter, has invited eligible indigent undergraduate students to apply for its 2026 Annual Scholarship Award.
Each selected beneficiary will receive N200,000. Selection will be based on demonstrated financial need and academic performance.
AAU ASUU Scholarship Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a verified indigent student.
- Be a bona fide undergraduate student of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma.
- Have a minimum CGPA of 3.00.
These conditions will form the basis for eligibility before submitted application documents are assessed.
AAU ASUU Scholarship Award Amount
The scholarship is worth N200,000 per beneficiary.
The award is intended to support indigent undergraduate students of AAU Ekpoma who meet the required academic standard and demonstrate financial need.
AAU ASUU Scholarship Application Letter Requirements
Each applicant must submit a handwritten application letter of no more than two pages.

The application letter must include the applicant’s:
- Full name
- Course of study
- Current level
- State of origin
- Functional phone number
Applicants should ensure that all the required information is included before submitting the application.
Supporting Documents Required
The handwritten application letter must be submitted together with the required supporting documents.
Applicants are required to attach:
- A photocopy of the current student identity card.
- An official letter from the Head of Department confirming the applicant’s current academic status and CGPA for the preceding session.
- Evidence of course registration for the 2025/2026 academic session.
- A printed Kofa Student Account statement showing the current CGPA and duly endorsed by the Head of Department.
- Two recent passport-sized photographs.
The complete set of documents must be submitted along with the handwritten application letter.
AAU ASUU Scholarship Application Deadline
Completed applications must be submitted to the ASUU Secretariat no later than 2:00 p.m. on Monday, 21 September 2026.
Applicants are expected to submit the handwritten application letter and all supporting documents before the stated deadline.
AAU ASUU Scholarship Screening and Interview
Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for screening and an interview.
The ASUU AAU Ekpoma Scholarship Committee will conduct the exercise to verify the academic records and financial need of shortlisted applicants.
