The programme is designed for students on holiday and individuals interested in acquiring vocational and practical entrepreneurial skills. Participants will have the opportunity to receive hands-on training in a wide range of digital, technical, fashion, beauty, production, and creative media skills.
About the UNIDEL Holiday Skill-Up Programme
The UNIDEL Holiday Skill-Up Programme is a youth empowerment initiative organised by the Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (CED), University of Delta, Agbor.
The programme aims to equip participants with practical skills that can support entrepreneurship, self-employment, and career development through intensive hands-on training in selected vocational fields.
Who Can Apply?
The programme is open to:
- Students on holiday.
- Individuals interested in vocational and hands-on entrepreneurial skills.
Applicants are expected to meet the minimum educational requirements before purchasing the application form.
Minimum Entry Requirements
Applicants must have completed any one of the following educational levels:
- Primary 6
- Junior Secondary School 3 (JSS3)
- Senior Secondary School 3 (SS3)

Application Period
The sale of application forms will run from 6 July to 24 July 2026.
Prospective participants are encouraged to obtain their forms within this period, as the training will commence shortly after the close of application sales.
Training Schedule
Lectures and practical training sessions will take place from 27 July to 26 August 2026.
During this period, participants will receive practical instruction in their selected skill areas.
Practical Assessment and Exhibition
The practical assessment and exhibition have been scheduled for 28 August to 29 August 2026.
This stage will take place after the training period and will form part of the overall programme activities.
Certificate of Participation
Participants who successfully complete the programme will receive an e-certificate.
To qualify for the certificate, participants must successfully complete all programme requirements.
