LASUTH School of Orthopaedic Cast Technology Admission Form for 2026/2027 Academic Session; The Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja, has commenced admissions into its School of Orthopaedic Cast Technology for the 2026/2027 academic session.

Applicants must have five O’Level credit passes, with English Language and Mathematics included among the required subjects.

Candidates must also have credit passes in at least two of the following science subjects:

• Chemistry
• Physics

All O’Level results must be obtained in not more than two sittings.

JAMB UTME Requirement

Candidates must obtain a minimum score of 130 in the JAMB UTME to be eligible for admission.

Screening Process

A Computer Based Test (CBT) will be conducted at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) as part of the admission process.

Candidates who successfully pass the CBT will proceed to the next stage of the screening exercise.

Oral Interview

Successful candidates from the CBT will be invited for an oral interview, during which they will be required to present the original copies of their relevant certificates for verification.
