Lens Polytechnic Top-Up Degree/HND Conversion Form 2026/2027; Lens University, Ilemona, Kwara State, through its Centre for Professional and Continuous Education (CPCE), has commenced admission into its Top-Up Degree and HND Conversion Programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The programme is designed for Polytechnic and University graduates who wish to upgrade their qualifications and obtain bachelor’s degree certificates through Lens University.

The Lens University Top-Up Degree and HND Conversion Programme provides an academic pathway for eligible graduates who want to progress from Polytechnic or University qualifications to bachelor’s degree certification at Lens University, Ilemona, Kwara State.

According to the university, the programme will run for two academic sessions. Each session has been compressed into three semesters, bringing the total duration of the programme to six semesters.
