
College of Nursing Sciences Gwoza ND/HND Nursing Admission Form for 2026/2027 Academic Session; The Management of the College of Nursing Sciences, Gwoza, Borno State has announced the commencement of online sales of admission forms for the 2026/2027 academic session.
Interested candidates are invited to apply for admission into the college’s National Diploma (ND)/Higher National Diploma (HND) Nursing Programme.
The online application portal opened on Wednesday, 1 July 2026 and will close on Thursday, 30 July 2026.
Available Programme
The college is offering admission into the following programme:
- National Diploma/Higher National Diploma (ND/HND) Nursing
Applicants seeking admission into the College of Nursing Sciences, Gwoza for the 2026/2027 academic session are to apply for the ND/HND Nursing programme only.
Eligibility Requirements
Prospective applicants must satisfy both the UTME and O’Level requirements before completing the online application.
Candidates must meet the following conditions:
- Obtain a minimum UTME score of 150 or above.
- Possess at least five credit passes in the required O’Level subjects.
- Present O’Level results from WAEC, NECO or NABTEB.
- Obtain the required credits in not more than two sittings.
- Candidates using NABTEB must not combine it with WAEC or NECO.
UTME Requirement
Candidates applying for the ND/HND Nursing programme must have scored 150 or above in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) conducted by JAMB.
Applicants with a UTME score below 150 do not meet the minimum requirement for admission.
O’Level Requirements
Applicants must have at least five credit passes in the following subjects:
- Biology
- Chemistry
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Physics
These credits must be obtained in not more than two sittings from any of the following examination bodies:
- WAEC
- NECO
- NABTEB
NABTEB Result Combination
NABTEB results cannot be combined with WAEC or NECO for this admission exercise.
Applicants using NABTEB must present all the required credits within their NABTEB result only. Candidates who combine NABTEB with WAEC or NECO will not satisfy the admission requirements.
