
College of Nursing Maiduguri Post-UTME Form for 2026/2027 Admission; The College of Nursing Sciences, Maiduguri, has announced the commencement of the sale of admission forms for the 2026/2027 academic session. The application process will begin on Monday, 8 June 2026.
The admission exercise is open to candidates seeking admission into the National Diploma (ND) Nursing and Community Nursing programmes. Interested applicants are expected to meet the required JAMB cut-off marks, O’Level requirements, and other admission conditions set by the institution.
Available Programmes and JAMB Cut-Off Marks
The College has made admission forms available for the following programmes:
National Diploma (ND) Nursing
Candidates applying for the ND Nursing programme must have scored at least 170 in the 2026 UTME.
Community Nursing Programme
Candidates seeking admission into the Community Nursing Programme must have scored a minimum of 150 in the 2026 UTME.
Applicants are advised to apply for the programme that matches their UTME score and career interests.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for admission, candidates must have selected the College of Nursing Sciences, Maiduguri as their first-choice institution during the 2026 UTME conducted by JAMB.
Applicants must also meet the minimum cut-off mark required for their chosen programme.
O’Level Requirements
Candidates must possess credit passes in the following subjects:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
All required credits must be obtained in not more than two sittings.
Accepted O’Level Result Combinations
The College accepts O’Level results obtained from one examination body or a combination of two examination bodies in line with the guidelines of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
Accepted result combinations include:
- WAEC and WAEC
- WAEC and NECO
- NECO and NECO
- NABTEB and NABTEB
- National Board for Arabic and Islamic Studies
Candidates awaiting O’Level results are not eligible to apply for admission.
Application Fee
The application fee is N10,000.
This fee is non-refundable and must be paid into the College account through the REMITA payment platform.
How to Apply
Interested candidates are required to submit their applications through the College of Nursing Sciences Maiduguri admission portal.
