LASUED Opens Post-UTME/Direct Entry Form for 2026/2027. The Lagos State University of Education (LASUED) has announced the commencement of its Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The registration window opens on 1 June 2026 and closes on 5 July 2026, while candidates are required to ensure that their O’Level results are uploaded to JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) on or before 17 July 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

UTME Candidates

Applicants are eligible if they:

  • Selected LASUED as first choice in the 2026 UTME
  • Scored 185 and above
  • Possess at least five relevant O’Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics
  • Are at least 16 years old by 1 October 2026
  • Have their O’Level results successfully uploaded to JAMB CAPS

Accepted O’Level results include WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, NBAIS, GCE, or equivalent qualifications obtained in not more than two sittings.

Direct Entry Candidates

Direct Entry applicants must:

  • Have chosen LASUED as first choice during the 2026 Direct Entry application with JAMB
  • Possess relevant qualifications such as NCE, ND, or Diploma
  • Submit their online screening report alongside academic credentials to the Admission Office after registration
