CHSTK Admission Forms for 2026/2027. The Gombe State College of Health Sciences and Technology (CHSTK), Kaltungo, has announced the commencement of admissions into its National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND) and Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.

National Diploma (ND) Admission Requirements
CHSTK invites applications from UTME candidates seeking admission into its National Diploma programmes.
To qualify, candidates must:
- Score at least 120 in UTME.
- Possess five O’Level credits in not more than two sittings.
- Have credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
- Select CHSTK Kaltungo as first-choice institution.
Candidates who did not choose the college during JAMB registration may still apply after completing a change of institution through JAMB.

ND Screening Fee
Candidates are required to pay a screening fee of ₦2,000 during registration.
