Niger Delta University Post UTME and DE Screening for 2026/2027 Session; Niger Delta University has announced the commencement of sales of application forms for its 2026/2027 undergraduate admission screening exercise.
The application process will begin on Monday, 1 June 2026, and is open to qualified UTME and Direct Entry candidates seeking admission into the university.
Eligibility Requirements for NDU Post UTME
Candidates who selected Niger Delta University as their first-choice institution in the 2026 UTME and scored at least 150 are eligible to apply for the screening exercise.
Applicants must also be at least 16 years old by 30 September 2026.
How to Apply for NDU Post UTME Screening
Interested candidates are required to complete the application form through the Niger Delta University admission portal.
The application process involves providing JAMB details, personal information, O’Level results, and making an online payment. Candidates are advised to carefully review all entries before final submission to avoid errors that may affect their admission process.
Steps to Complete the Application Form
- Visit the NDU admission portal.
- Enter your JAMB registration number and UTME score.
- Fill in the required personal details, including a valid GSM number and email address.
- Pay the screening fee of ₦2,000 through the online payment platform.
- Enter your O’Level subjects and grades.
- Preview the completed form and make corrections if necessary.
- Submit the application form.
- Print out the completed application form for future reference.
Direct Entry Candidates
Direct Entry candidates who selected Niger Delta University as their first-choice institution are also required to complete the online screening form through the school portal.
The university stated that Direct Entry applications must be submitted on or before 31 July 2026.
Change of Institution to NDU
Candidates who did not initially choose Niger Delta University as their first-choice institution can still apply after completing a change of institution through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board.
After changing their first choice to NDU, candidates should proceed to complete the Post UTME application before the closing date.
NDU Post UTME Deadline and Screening Schedule
The deadline for submission of the Post UTME application form is 31 July 2026.
According to the university, the screening exercise will take place from Monday, 3 August to Friday, 7 August 2026.
Important Information for Applicants
Candidates are required to upload their O’Level results on JAMB CAPS through any JAMB office or accredited JAMB CBT centre.
Niger Delta University stated that candidates who fail to upload their O’Level results on JAMB CAPS will not be considered for admission.
Applicants are also advised to provide accurate information during registration. The university will not be responsible for errors such as invalid phone numbers, incorrect email addresses, or other wrong details supplied by candidates.
Candidates should also print and keep their application forms safely, as the printed form will be required during the screening exercise.
