ACE-PUTOR Opens Admission for 2026/2027 Academic Session (UNIPORT); The Africa Centre of Excellence in Public Health and Toxicological Research (ACE-PUTOR) at the University of Port Harcourt has officially opened its admission portal for the 2026/2027 academic session.
Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates into various postgraduate programmes administered by ACE-PUTOR.

Admission Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
PGD
- HND with Upper Credit in a relevant discipline
- Candidates changing career path must possess a first degree with at least Second Class Lower
M.Sc.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least Second Class Lower
Ph.D.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 3.5 on a 5-point scale
Nursing Applicants
- Must possess valid professional licensing from relevant regulatory bodies
Programme Duration
- PGD / M.Sc. (Full-time): 12 months
- PGD / M.Sc. (Part-time): 24 months
- Ph.D. (Full-time): 36 months
- Ph.D. (Part-time): 48 months
