Ignatius Ajuru University of Education 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry Screening; The management of Ignatius Ajuru University of Education has invited all qualified UTME and Direct Entry candidates to apply for the 2026/2027 admission screening exercise.

The registration portal will be open from Monday, 18 May 2026 and will close on Sunday, 14 June 2026. The registration fee is ₦2,000 only.

Candidates who scored 150 and above in UTME, including those who did not originally choose the institution but are willing to seek admission, are eligible to apply. Direct Entry candidates are also invited to participate in the screening exercise.

Application Requirements and Eligibility

Eligible candidates include:

• UTME candidates with a minimum score of 150 and above
• Candidates who selected Ignatius Ajuru University of Education as first choice
• Candidates who did not choose the institution but are willing to apply after processing a Change of Institution
• Direct Entry candidates

Applicants are advised to ensure that their O’Level results are uploaded both on the JAMB portal and the university portal. Candidates using awaiting results must upload their results once available.

How to Apply for IAUE Screening Registration

Applicants should carefully follow the steps below:

Step 1: Visit the University Portal

Step 2: Navigate to Admission Portal

• Click on the ADMISSION menu
• Select Undergraduate Studies
• Click on 2026/2027 UTME/DE Screening Registration Portal
• Select Register for 2026/2027 Session UTME/DE Screening

Step 3: Start Registration

• Enter JAMB Registration Number
• Click Register

First Choice Candidates

• Your details will display automatically
• Click Confirm
• Enter valid phone number and email address
• Submit and receive login details via email

Candidates Who Changed Institution to IAUE

• Click on UTME Registration button
• Fill in the form completely
• Submit and receive login details via email

Important Notes on Login

• Candidates will receive login details via email
• Password can be retrieved through registered email if forgotten
• Candidates must use valid email addresses during registration

Payment Procedure

Applicants should follow these steps:

• Log in to the portal
• Click on Pay Screening Fees
• Select Pay for UTME Registration
• Generate invoice
• Proceed to payment via Paystack
• Enter card details and complete payment securely

After payment:

• Click Update Personal Data
• Complete all required fields
• Submit form

Applicants should then print their registration slip and save login details securely.

Screening Exercise

The 2026/2027 screening exercise will be conducted in hybrid mode.

Candidates will be invited to the university main campus at Rumuolumeni for:

• O’Level and A’Level certificate verification
• Data screening
• Ranking exercise
• Compulsory biometric validation

Further details such as date and venue will be communicated later.
