Part-Time HND Programmes
Part-time HND programmes run for two academic sessions and include similar courses across the same institutes, offering flexibility for working students.
Admission Requirements
To qualify for admission:
- Must possess a National Diploma (ND) with at least Lower Credit in a relevant field
- Must have five (5) O’Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics
- Results must be from not more than two sittings
- Acceptable exam bodies: WAEC, NECO, GCE, NABTEB, SAISSCE
Industrial Training Requirement
- Minimum of one (1) year post-ND Industrial Training (IT)
- Candidates with Pass in ND must have at least two (2) years work experience
Important Course Restrictions
- Applicants must apply for HND programmes related to their ND discipline
- Some exceptions apply (e.g., Agricultural Engineering-related courses and Mining Engineering pathways)
- ND Computer Engineering holders cannot apply for Electrical/Electronics or Computer Science HND
- ND Mass Communication holders are not eligible for Public Administration HND
JAMB Registration Requirement (Full-Time Only)
All full-time HND applicants must:
- Provide their ND JAMB registration number
- Only applicants with valid JAMB details will be considered for admission

- Complete the online application form
- Upload:
- ND result
- O’Level result
- Forward academic transcript to the Registrar
- Make payment and submit application
Application Fee
- ₦25,000.00 (Twenty-Five Thousand Naira only)
- Excludes bank or transaction charges
- Payment is made via College Pay platform (Debit Card, MasterCard, or Prepaid Card)
Important Notes
- Part-time HND students are not eligible for NYSC mobilisation
- No change of name will be allowed after admission
- Transcripts must be submitted for processing to be completed
