Available Role: Administrative Intern

Job Overview

The Administrative Intern will support the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring smooth administrative processes and contributing to overall office efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support across teams
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, dispatch, courier coordination)
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as documentation, filing, and updating employee records
  • Support inventory and store management with accurate record-keeping
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments
  • Assist with facility management and ensure a well-maintained office environment
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Second-Class Upper degree from an accredited university
  • Degree in a numerical or quantitative discipline
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
