Basic Entry Requirements
Applicants must meet all stated conditions before applying.
- Must be a single Nigerian citizen by birth
- Must have NIN and BVN, with matching name and date of birth across all documents
- Must be medically, physically and psychologically fit
- Must have no criminal record
- Must have at least four credits, including English, in WAEC, NECO, GCE, NABTEB or NBAIS (maximum of two sittings)
- Must present a valid birth certificate or age declaration
For Tradesmen/Women
- Must possess a Trade Test certificate or City & Guilds qualification
- Must not be above 26 years by 30 June 2026
For Non-Tradesmen/Women
- Must be between 18 and 22 years by 30 June 2026
Physical Requirements
- Minimum height (male): 1.68 metres
- Minimum height (female): 1.65 metres

- Must apply using State of Origin (not State of Residence)
- Must present a certificate of State of Origin
