Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for the SI Global Executive Programme 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a citizen and resident of one of the eligible programme countries
  • Hold a senior leadership role such as CEO or senior executive in a medium-to-large company
  • Have a mandate to lead strategic or transformational changes within their organisation
  • Be at least 30 years old (born 1996 or earlier)
  • Possess good working knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Hold a completed post-secondary qualification equivalent to a bachelor’s degree or higher

Applicants should also:

  • Be willing to actively participate, collaborate, and share professional knowledge with other participants
  • Have identified business challenges or organisational needs that can be addressed during the programme to help their company contribute to a more sustainable global economy.

Programme Benefits

Participants selected for the programme receive full sponsorship from the Swedish Institute.

  • Pre-arranged accommodation in Stockholm
