How to Apply

MAU has outlined two application pathways depending on a candidate’s original JAMB selection.

1. Change of Programme (For Candidates Who Chose MAU as First Choice)

Candidates who selected MAU Yola as their first choice but were not admitted into their original course may apply to switch to any of the newly approved programmes.

This option is available provided the candidate:

  • Meets the 160 UTME minimum score
  • Has the required O’Level credits
  • Possesses the appropriate JAMB subject combination for the new course

2. Change of Institution (For Candidates Who Did Not Choose MAU)

Candidates who did not initially select MAU Yola can still apply by effecting a Change of Institution to Modibbo Adama University through the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).

With NUC approval now in place and admissions officially open, qualified candidates are advised to review the requirements carefully and take the necessary steps through JAMB to secure consideration for the 2025/2026 academic session.
