ATBU Department of Veterinary Medicine notice on Physical registration; The Association of Veterinary Medical Students (AVMS), Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU), has released the schedule for mandatory physical registration for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.
A notice signed by the Secretary General, Alfa Muhammad Gambo, on behalf of the President, Hassan Abdulkadir Adamu, requires all returning students in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine to complete their departmental and course registration manually.
Registration Schedule
- Start Date: Monday, 19th January 2026
- Time: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily
- Venue: AVMS ATBU Secretariat, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine
Required Documents
Students must present the following for registration to be processed:
- One (1) green file jacket
- One (1) recent passport photograph
- Photocopy of the AVMS official receipt (association dues will be paid on the spot)
- Photocopy of the completed course registration form
Registration Process
- Course registration will be conducted manually at the secretariat.
- Course forms will be released after faculty board approval.
- Upon completion, the form will be signed and approved by the Faculty Exams Officer.
- Registration will not be processed without submission of the first three required items.
Students are advised to comply fully with all requirements to ensure a smooth registration process.
