JAMB Begins Sale of E-PINS for 2026 UTME Registration; The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has officially commenced the sale of registration E-PINS for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
Candidates are required to present their already generated Profile Code from their mobile phones before making payment. Applicants can choose between UTME only without mock or UTME with mock, depending on their preference.
2026 UTME E-PIN Prices
- UTME only (without mock): N7,200
- UTME with mock: N8,700
After successful payment, the E-PIN will be sent directly to the candidate’s registered phone number via SMS.
Where to Buy JAMB 2026 E-PIN
Candidates can purchase the JAMB E-PIN from the following outlets:
- NIPOST offices
- Commercial Banks
- Mobile Money Operators (MMOs)
- Microfinance Banks (MFBs)
- Other participating financial institutions
Note: Sales of E-PINS will end on 26th February, 2026.
Breakdown of JAMB 2026 UTME E-PIN Charges
The payment for the E-PIN covers the following:
- UTME/DE application fee: N3,500
- Reading text: N1,000
- CBT centre registration service charge: N700
- CBT centre UTME server charge: N1,500
- Bank charges: N500
- Optional CBT mock UTME centre charge: N1,500
UTME Registration Date and CBT Centres
After purchasing the E-PIN, candidates are advised to check the list of approved JAMB CBT registration centres for the 2026 UTME/DE to locate centres closest to them.
Registration for the 2026 UTME will officially begin on Monday, 26th January, 2026.
Direct Entry (DE) E-PIN Sales
Candidates applying through Direct Entry should note that DE E-PIN sales will commence on Monday, 2nd March, 2026.
