UNIUYO Faculty of Education Releases 2025 TRCN Batch B PQE Results; The University of Uyo (UNIUYO), Faculty of Education, has announced the release of the results of the 2025 Batch B Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) Pre-Qualifying Examination (PQE) conducted on Thursday, September 4, 2025. The list of successful candidates has been posted on the Faculty of Education notice board.
Successful candidates are expected to begin registration for induction, certification, and licensing in line with TRCN requirements.
Payment Schedule for Induction, Certification, and Licensing
The Faculty released the following payment categories:
- Category A – Master’s Qualification
- Induction/Certification: ₦23,000
- Licensing: ₦33,000
- Total: ₦55,000
- Category B – Master’s Qualification
- Induction/Certification: ₦19,000
- Licensing: ₦27,000
- Total: ₦46,000
- Category C – B.Sc (Ed) or PGDE Qualification
- Induction/Certification: ₦16,000
- Licensing: ₦21,000
- Total: ₦37,000
The payment remains valid for three years.
Payment Procedure
All payments must be made to the Faculty of Education (TRCN) account at UNIUYO Microfinance Bank:
- Account Number: 0140402395
After making payment, candidates are to:
- Collect registration forms from the Faculty Officer
- Complete the forms and return them in a file jacket
- Attach required documents, including:
- Photocopies of relevant credentials
- Two passport photographs (white background)
- Clearly write their name, phone number, examination number, and National Identity Number (NIN) on both the forms and the file jacket.
Important Dates
- Deadline for Registration: Friday, February 27, 2026
- Tentative Induction Date: Thursday, March 19, 2026
Candidates are reminded that the PQE result is valid for only one year. Those who fail to complete the registration and induction process within this period will be required to re-register and re-take the examination. Only submitted and properly completed application forms will be processed.
