Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic Opens Admissions Into ND in Law for 2025/2026; The Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua, has announced the commencement of admissions into its National Diploma (ND) in Law for the 2025/2026 academic session. Interested and qualified candidates are invited to apply.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the screening exercise, applicants must:
- Choose Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua as their FIRST CHOICE institution.
- Score at least 120 in the 2025 UTME.
- Possess a minimum of five (5) O’Level credits obtained in not more than two sittings in relevant subjects.
- Be at least 16 years old on or before 30th September 2025.
Application Procedure
Candidates are to follow the steps below to complete their application:
- Visit the official school website: https://www.akwaibompoly.edu.ng
- Click on Online Application and generate an invoice (RRR number) using:
- JAMB Registration Number
- Phone Number
- Full Name
- Proceed to any commercial bank in Nigeria to purchase an electronic application PIN for ₦2,000 (inclusive of bank charges).
- Upload WAEC/NECO results to:
- JAMB Portal
- Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic Portal
- Using the purchased PIN, return to the application portal to fill and submit the form.
- Download and print the acknowledgment slip as proof of registration.
Required Documents for Screening
Candidates who purchase the 2025/2026 screening form should proceed to the Department of Law with the following documents:
- Photocopies of JAMB slip showing their photograph
- JAMB online result
- Other relevant academic credentials
- Valid scratch card PIN for verification of WAEC and/or NECO results
