KWASU Issues Urgent Notice to Newly Admitted Students 2025/2026; The management of Kwara State University (KWASU) has issued an urgent notice to all newly admitted students regarding challenges with the upload of their admission records on the JAMB CAPS portal.
According to a statement signed by Dr. Kikelomo W. Sallee, Registrar, the University discovered that some students’ admission records could not be uploaded due to one or more of the following reasons:
- Non-upload of SSCE results to the JAMB portal.
- Failure to visit an approved CBT centre to update personal details.
- Failure to effect a change of course to the newly offered programme.
The management has therefore directed all affected students to rectify these issues on or before Friday, 14th November 2025.
KWASU warned that failure to comply with this directive will lead to the loss of admission for the affected candidates.
Students are strongly advised to treat this notice with utmost urgency to secure their admission status.
