FULOKOJA Issues Notice on Payment of Accommodation Fees for 2025/2026 Session; The management of the Federal University Lokoja (FUL) has announced the commencement of the payment process for student accommodation for the 2025/2026 academic session.
In a notice signed by the Dean of Student Affairs, Prof. Isah Yinusa, dated 10th November 2025, all new and returning students were instructed to strictly adhere to the approved procedures to ensure a smooth and transparent hostel allocation process.
According to the notice, students are required to obtain official clearance from the Dean of Students’ Office before making any accommodation payments. Payments made without clearance will not guarantee a bed space.
The university further directed that all payments must be made through direct bank teller deposits into the institution’s designated accommodation account. Account details will be provided upon clearance at the Dean’s Office.
Online transfers, mobile banking, and POS payments are strictly prohibited, as such transactions will not be recognized by the university.
Students are to present their bank tellers at the Dean of Students’ Office for verification and final hostel allocation.
The management cautioned that failure to comply with the outlined procedures may lead to forfeiture of accommodation for the session. Prof. Yinusa therefore urged all students to follow the guidelines carefully to avoid any financial or administrative issues.
