YABATECH Announces 37th Convocation Ceremony; The Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH), Nigeria’s premier tertiary institution, has announced the celebration of its 37th Convocation Ceremony, scheduled to hold on Thursday, 20th November 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
The prestigious event will take place at the Dr. Phillip Adegbile Sports Pavilion and will feature the award of diplomas, certificates, prizes, and fellowships to deserving graduates and honourees.
The Special Guest of Honour for the occasion is Dr. Tunde Alausa, the Honourable Minister of Education, who will join the college community in celebrating the achievements of the graduating students.
The ceremony will be hosted by the Rector, Dr. Engr. Ibrahim Adedotun Abdul, alongside the Registrar, Mrs. Henrietta Adebola Badejo.
Speaking ahead of the event, the Rector reaffirmed the institution’s dedication to academic excellence and innovation in technical and vocational education, noting that YABATECH continues to play a vital role in producing skilled graduates who contribute to national development.
