LASUTH Opens Admission into School of Anesthetic Technology for 2025/2026 Session; The Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja, has announced the commencement of admission into its School of Anesthetic Technology for the 2025/2026 academic session. This marks the fourth set of admissions into the specialized training programme designed to produce highly skilled Anesthetic Technicians.
Entry Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be between 18 and 30 years of age.
- Possess a minimum of five (5) O’Level credits in WASSCE/NECO/SSCE obtained in not more than two sittings.
- Have compulsory credits in English Language and Mathematics, as well as credits in at least two of the three core science subjects: Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
Duration of Course
The programme runs for three (3) years, after which successful candidates will be awarded a Certificate in Anaesthetic Technology.
Method of Application
Interested and qualified candidates are to:
- Obtain the application form from the Department of Anaesthesia, Old Administrative Building, LASUTH.
- Submit the completed application form with the following documents:
- Photocopies of credentials
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Two (2) recent passport photographs
All submissions should be made at the same venue where forms were collected.
Conditions for Admission
A written examination will be conducted at LASUTH, Ikeja. Only successful candidates will be invited for an interview.
Closing Date
The sales and submission of application forms will end four (4) weeks from the date of publication (November 4, 2025).
