FUOTUOKE Announces Opening of Inter/Intra-Faculty Transfer Applications; The Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE) wishes to inform all students that applications for Inter/Intra Faculty Transfer for the current academic session are now open. Students interested in transferring to a different faculty or department are advised to carefully follow the procedure outlined below.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants must have a minimum CGPA of 2.50.
- A non-refundable payment of ₦10,000 is required.
- Obtain a stamped receipt from the Bursary as proof of payment.
Application Procedure
- Collect the Transfer Form from the Office of the Registrar.
- Complete the Transfer Form and submit it to your current Head of Department.
- The application will then be processed through the Departmental and Faculty Boards of both your current and intended programmes.
- Approval is not automatic. Students must wait for official communication from the Senate before proceeding to the new programme.
- Successful applicants must ensure their new programme is regularized with JAMB before graduation.
Students are strongly advised to adhere strictly to these guidelines to ensure a smooth transfer process.
