UNIUYO Faculty of Physical Sciences Begins Physical Screening for Fresh Students 2025/2026; The Directorate of Information and Public Relations of the National Association of Physical Science Students (NAPSS), University of Uyo (UNIUYO), has announced the commencement of the physical screening exercise for all newly admitted students in the Faculty of Physical Sciences for the 2025/2026 academic session.
According to the notice released by the Directorate, all freshmen are expected to report to the Faculty Office at the Permanent Site for the screening exercise.
Required Documents for the Screening
All newly admitted students are to come with the following documents:
- Original WASSCE/NECO/GCE result
- Certificate of Origin
- Duly stamped Acceptance Fee Payment Receipt
- NIN Certificate
- 2025/2026 Post-UTME Online Registration Form
- Six (6) recent passport photographs with a red background
- JAMB Result Slip
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
- JAMB and UNIUYO Notification of Admission
- Recommendation Letter
The Directorate further emphasized that the Recommendation Letter must be issued by a Village Head, Pastor, or Senior Civil Servant not below Grade Level 12.
Students are also warned not to pay for or obtain recommendation letters from cyber cafés, as such actions will not be condoned.
