FUTA application for Erasmus KA171 Programme at the University of Jaén Spain; The Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA), through its School of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology (SAAT), Department of Forestry and Wood Technology, has officially announced an open call for applications for the Erasmus KA171 Programme under the Erasmus Student Mobility Project.

This prestigious opportunity allows graduate students in Agriculture and Biological Sciences at FUTA to participate in a semester-long academic exchange at the University of Jaén, Spain, during the 2025/2026 Second Semester (February–July 2026).


Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Erasmus KA171 Programme, interested applicants must:

  1. Be duly registered graduate students of the Federal University of Technology, Akure.
  2. Have completed their coursework for their graduate degree programme.
  3. Possess a valid international passport with a minimum validity of nine (9) months from October 2025.
  4. Have a CGPA of not less than 3.50 on a 5.0 scale at the undergraduate level.

Number of Vacancies

A total of four (4) slots are available for qualified and eligible candidates.


Application Procedure

Applicants are required to submit three (3) hard copies of their application documents. Each submission must include the following:

  • A scanned copy of the international passport data page
  • A Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • A copy of the last registration document for graduate study
  • A copy of the undergraduate degree certificate
