2026 Dalian University Chinese Government Scholarship; The Dalian University Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) provides fully funded opportunities for outstanding international students (non-Chinese citizens) to study Undergraduate, Master’s, or Doctoral programs in China.
The scholarship covers tuition fees, accommodation, monthly stipends, and medical insurance for the duration of study.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Nationality:

Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good physical and mental health.

2. Educational Background & Age Limits:

Undergraduate: High school graduate under 25 years old.
Master’s Degree: Bachelor’s degree holder under 35 years old.
Doctoral Degree: Master’s degree holder under 40 years old.

3. Language Requirements:

For Chinese-taught programs:
- Must present a valid HSK certificate (within 2 years):
  - HSK 4 (≥180) – for Science, Technology, Management, and Economics.
  - HSK 5 (≥180) – for Humanities, Social Sciences, and Philosophy.
For English-taught programs:
- Submit TOEFL (≥80) or IELTS (≥5.5) scores.
- Applicants whose previous education was conducted in English can submit a language proficiency letter instead.
- Applicants from English-speaking countries are exempted.
