IAUE Admission into Newly Approved Undergraduate Programmes for 2025/2026; The Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE), Port Harcourt, has announced the commencement of admission into its newly approved undergraduate programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.
This opportunity is open to:
- UTME candidates who chose IAUE as their first choice, and
- Candidates who did not initially apply to IAUE but wish to pursue a degree programme at the university.

Eligibility Criteria
The following categories of UTME candidates are eligible to apply:
a. Candidates who chose IAUE as their first choice in the 2025/2026 JAMB UTME and scored a minimum of 150 with the relevant O’Level subjects, including English and Mathematics.
b. Candidates who did not choose IAUE as their first choice but wish to study there and scored at least 150 in the 2025/2026 UTME, with the relevant O’Level subjects, including English and Mathematics.
Candidates in category (b) must complete a Change of Institution to IAUE through the JAMB website (www.jamb.gov.ng). After applying, they will be transferred to the newly approved programmes.
Method of Application
- Application is strictly online through the university’s portal.
- Candidates are to pay a non-refundable application fee of ₦15,000 using Visa, Verve, or Mastercard debit cards.
- Applicants are strongly advised to read all instructions carefully before proceeding with the application.
Application Procedure
For New Candidates
- Visit the university website: www.iaue.edu.ng
- Under the ADMISSION menu, click Undergraduate Studies.
- Select 2025/2026 UTME/DE Screening Registration.
- Click on Register for 2025/2026 Session UTME/DE Screening.
- Click on the UTME Registration button and complete the form.
- Submit the form once completed.
- A confirmation email containing your login details will be sent to your registered email address.
- Ensure your email address is valid and active.
- Your login details will also be displayed on the screen—copy and save them.
- If you forget your password, check your email inbox for your login information.
For Candidates Who Already Registered but Were Not Yet Admitted
- Log in to your profile on the university portal.
- Select your preferred new course of study (check JAMB IBASS for course requirements).
- Continue to monitor your admission status on JAMB CAPS to know when you have been transferred or offered admission.

- Deadline for Submission: Tuesday, 11th November 2025 (One week only)
