IAUE Releases 2nd Batch Admission List for 2025/2026 Academic Session; The management of Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE) has officially released the 2nd batch admission list for the 2025/2026 academic session.
This follows the completion of the university’s screening exercise, during which candidates participated in physical screening, biometric enrollment, and point ranking based on their JAMB UTME scores.
According to the directive, all successful candidates who applied and completed all required admission procedures into the various Departments and Faculties can now check their status.
Catchment List – Batch B
All successful candidates whose names appear on the Catchment list (Batch B) are advised to visit the official IAUE website and other approved information platforms to view the Clearance Requirements and Procedures.
Step-by-Step Guide to Accept Your Admission
- Confirm Your Admission Status
- Visit the JAMB CAPS portal to check and confirm your admission offer.
- Locate Your JAMB Registration Number
- Ensure you have your correct JAMB registration number ready.
- Send the SMS
- Using the phone number linked to your JAMB profile, send the following message:
Your JAMB Registration Number (e.g., 202551991244FA) + SPACE + ACCEPT (or REJECT) Example: 202551991244FA ACCEPT - Send this message to either 55019 or 66019.
- Using the phone number linked to your JAMB profile, send the following message:
- Check for Response
- You will receive a confirmation message, which may include your photo image and a congratulatory note.
- Print Admission Letter and Result Slip
- After accepting the admission, print your admission letter and result slip (colored copies only). These will be required during clearance and registration.
Clearance and Registration
- Acceptance Fee Payment: Activated on Wednesday, 17th September 2025 for all admitted candidates.
- Clearance Exercise: Began on Monday, 22nd September 2025, at the respective Departments and Faculties.
- Deadline: The approved deadline for clearance of this batch is 4 weeks from the date of publication, i.e., October 24, 2025.
Important Notes
- The admission list will continue to be updated in line with different admission categories.
- Updates and approvals from the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) will be reflected as new lists are released.
- Supplementary admissions for UTME, Direct Entry, JUPEB, and Basic programmes are currently in progress.
