FUGUS Notice on Closure of Registration for 2025/2026 Academic Session; The management of the Federal University, Gusau (FUGUS) wishes to draw the attention of all students to the University’s 2025/2026 Academic Calendar, which directed students to resume and complete their registration between 3rd and 16th August, 2025.
Following an extension granted by the University Management, students are hereby informed that the final deadline for payment of registration fees and completion of registration is Friday, 29th August, 2025.
Important Information:
- Deadline for Registration: 29th August, 2025
- Penalty for Late Registration: ₦5,000 per week after the deadline
- Commencement of Academic Activities: 18th August, 2025
All students are strongly advised to take this notice seriously and ensure compliance in order to avoid unnecessary penalties.
The University reiterates that academic activities have already commenced, and students are therefore urged to resume immediately to avoid falling behind in their studies.
