Federal Teaching Hospital Gombe ND/HND General Nursing Admission Form 2025/2026; The Federal Teaching Hospital Gombe (FTH Gombe) invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the ND/HND General Nursing Programme for the 2025/2026 academic session.
Admission Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- JAMB Score: Minimum of 150 points and above.
- Age: Must be 16 years and above as at the date of this advert.
- Health: Candidates must be physically and medically fit.
- O’level Results: Possession of SSCE/GCE, WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or SAISSCE (NBAIS) with at least 5 credits in not more than 2 sittings, including:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
Method of Application
- Availability of Forms: From Wednesday, 20th August 2025.
- Where to Obtain:
- Office of the Registrar, Nursing Sciences (CONS-IHS-FTH Gombe)
- Or via the Federal Teaching Hospital Gombe website: www.ft.gombe.gov.ng through the College platform.
- Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of ₦10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira only) payable via REMITA.
Documents Required for Submission
Candidates are to submit their completed application forms along with the following:
- Two (2) recent passport-size photographs.
- Photocopies of all academic credentials.
- Photocopy of payment receipt and REMITA receipt.
- Local Government indigene certificate.
- Birth certificate or declaration of age.
- JAMB printouts (including original JAMB result and change of choice, if applicable).
- SSCE scratch cards used for result verification.
