UNIABUJA Retains NUC Accreditation for 13 Academic Programmes; The University of Abuja is pleased to announce the successful outcome of the October/November 2024 accreditation exercise conducted by the National Universities Commission (NUC).
This accreditation exercise, a vital quality assurance mechanism, evaluated fourteen academic programmes across various faculties of the University.

Accreditation Results

Out of the fourteen programmes presented, thirteen retained full accreditation status. This reflects the University’s strong commitment to academic excellence, quality teaching, and institutional integrity.
The success highlights the dedication of the University’s faculty, staff, and students, as well as the strategic leadership aimed at maintaining high academic standards.

The Microbiology programme received interim accreditation.
