ABU Zaria Update on 2025 Post-UTME/DE Registration Issues; Further to our Special Bulletin, Volume 17 No. 53 dated Monday, 28th July, 2025, the University has observed that some candidates are facing challenges with the Post-UTME/DE registration process, largely due to hitches on the University portal.
Notable challenges identified include:
i. Inability of candidates from Abuja/FCT & Nasarawa State, candidates who changed from other institutions to ABU, and candidates applying for Sustainable Social Development and Sustainable Environmental Standard programmes to register.
ii. Cases where candidates who changed programmes still see their initial programmes reflected on the University portal.
iii. Other sundry issues encountered by candidates during the registration process.
Important Notice:
- Affected candidates are advised to keep attempting registration while the University continues to resolve the identified challenges.
- Candidates who remain unable to register should report to the Iya Abubakar Institute of Information and Communication Technology (IAIICT) Centre on the date of their scheduled Post-UTME test for on-site rectification.
- Registration for the screening exercise remains open up to the final date of the exercise.
