JAMB Notice to DE Candidates on Correction of Data; The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) wishes to inform all Direct Entry (DE) candidates that the portal for correction of data—particularly changes to course and institution—will be activated in due course.
According to the Board, this service is not usually made available prior to the release of A-Level results by the respective issuing authorities. This is to ensure that candidates’ academic records are complete, authentic, and verifiable before any modifications are permitted.
Candidates are reminded that, except for those awaiting results, all necessary details were already captured during the registration exercise. The timing of the correction window is therefore deliberate and logical, aimed at safeguarding the integrity of the admission process.
