UNIMAID Post-UTME/DE Screening Form for 2025/2026; The University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) wishes to inform all candidates seeking admission into the institution that the Post-Admission Screening Exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session will commence on Monday, August 11, 2025, and will end on Thursday, September 11, 2025.

Prospective candidates are strongly advised to take advantage of this period, as there will be no extension beyond the stated deadline.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must pay a non-refundable fee of N2,000 through the Remita platform.
Only UTME and Direct Entry candidates who selected UNIMAID as their first choice during the 2025/2026 JAMB registration are eligible.
UTME candidates must have a minimum score of 150, except for courses with higher cut-off marks as indicated on the University website.
Candidates must have the correct UTME subject combinations and meet the minimum UTME scores for their chosen courses as stated in the 2025 JAMB Brochure.
Only candidates who meet the minimum admission requirements will be allowed to upload their documents for verification.
All candidates must possess at least five (5) O’Level credit passes, including Mathematics and English Language, obtained in not more than two sittings.
- Direct Entry candidates must have either a minimum of Lower Credit at ND/HND level or Merit at NCE level.
Only O’level result printouts downloaded directly from the examination bodies’ websites (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) or photocopies of original certificates will be accepted.
Candidates must ensure that their O’Level results are uploaded to their JAMB CAPS profile.

Registration Procedure

Visit www.unimaid.edu.ng and click on Post UTME Screening 2025.
Log in using your JAMB Registration Number as username and unimaid@2025 as password.
Upload a recent passport photograph (not less than 200KB) and select your course of study.
Enter your phone number and email address, then click “Generate” to make a payment of N2,000.
Provide your bio-data, A/O Level results, and upload all required documents.
Submit your application online.
