LASCON Admission Form 2025/2026 ND & HND Non-Terminal Programme; The Lagos State College of Nursing (LASCON), Igando, Alimosho LGA, Lagos State, invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for admission into its National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) Non-Terminal Nursing Programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session through its Computer Assisted Screening (CAS).
Entry Requirements
JAMB Requirement
- Candidates must have scored 200 and above in the 2025 JAMB UTME.
- LASCON, Igando must be chosen as first choice institution.
O’Level Requirement
- Candidates must possess five (5) credit passes in:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
- Credits must be obtained in not more than two (2) sittings in WASSCE/NECO.
Programme Duration
- Study Period: 4 years
- Award: NRN/RN Programme towards a Non-Terminal Programme of HND/RM/RPHN and a mandatory internship

Method of Application
- Visit the LASCON Portal
- Go to www.lascon.edu.ng.
- Click on Course Menu → Apply.
- Create an Account
- Provide your Surname, First Name, Course, Email, Phone Number, and JAMB Number.
- Click Submit.
- Confirm Email and Make Payment
- Check your email for a confirmation message containing a payment link, admission number, and password.
- Click the payment link and pay ₦15,000 via Paystack or other available options.
- Complete Your Application
- Log in with your Admission Number and Password.
- Fill out the required information:
- Demographic Information
- Address Details
- O’Level Result Verification (verify results before proceeding)
- Parent/Guardian/Sponsor Details
- Upload Passport (not more than 100KB)
- Upload Required Documents
- Change Password and Lock Details
- Click Submit and Sign Out.
- Print Your Applicant Information Form
- Only candidates with the printed form will be allowed to sit for the screening.

- Examination Format: Computer-Based Test (CBT) covering:
