University of Abuja 2025/2026 Degree Upgrader Programme; The University of Abuja (UNIABUJA) is now accepting applications for its 2025/2026 Degree Upgrader Programme, a unique opportunity for candidates with HND, third-class, or pass degrees to earn a bachelor’s degree in their chosen field.
This programme, managed by the Centre for Distance Learning and Continuing Education (CDLCE), is tailored for individuals looking to improve their academic qualifications and career prospects without starting over from scratch.
Who is This Programme For?
You’re eligible to apply if you have:
- A Higher National Diploma (HND) with at least Lower Credit, or
- A Bachelor’s degree with a Third Class or Pass grade,
- From a recognized institution.
Additional Entry Requirements
Applicants must also satisfy at least one of the following conditions:
- Five O’Level credits (including English and Mathematics)
- Two A-Level passes plus five O’Level credits
- National Diploma (ND) or NCE with 10 points
- IJMB with 10 points and relevant credit passes

- Fill in your personal details:

- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Click Next
- On the payment page, click Generate RRR
- Click Make Payment to go to the Remita platform
- Pay with a MasterCard or Visa Card
- Return to the portal after payment
- Your application number will appear on the screen and be sent by SMS
- You will be logged out—log back in using your application number and surname
- Complete and submit your application form
Deadline for Application
All applications must be submitted before Friday, 13th June 2025.
