NECO 2025 BECE Timetable for JSS 3 [Junior WAEC]; The National Examinations Council (NECO) has released the official timetable for the 2025 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE). This nationwide exam, commonly referred to as Junior WAEC, is for pupils in JSS 3 moving into Senior Secondary School (SS1).

To ensure a smooth and successful exam experience, please follow these instructions strictly:

βœ… Identification

  • Every pupil must bring their printed photocard to the exam hall.

⏱️ Timings

  • If the duration on the question paper is different from the timetable, follow the time on the question paper.

βš™οΈ Practicals

  • Business Studies and Basic Science & Tech practicals should run in batches if there’s limited equipment.
  • All practicals must end by 5:00 pm daily.
  • Computers may be used for Business Studies practicals.

πŸ§‘β€πŸ¦― Special Needs

  • Pupils with albinism or visual impairments will get 30 extra minutes per subject.
  • Blind students must write only on NECO Braille Sheets.

🚫 Prohibited Items

The following electronic devices are strictly banned from the exam hall:

  • Mobile phones
  • Calculators (except simple ones)
  • Tablets or iPads
  • Smart pens, watches, or glasses
  • Programmable or scientific calculators
