What Is the OAU Pre-Degree Programme?
The OAU Pre-Degree Programme is a nine-month academic course designed to prepare students for undergraduate studies. It’s structured into two contact periods and offers tailored subject combinations based on your intended field of study.
Upon completion, successful candidates can use their pre-degree results to seek admission into 100-level undergraduate programmes at OAU.

Admission Requirements
To qualify for the pre-degree programme, you must meet the following criteria:
- At least five (5) credits in relevant subjects, obtained in no more than two sittings.
- English Language is compulsory for all applicants.
- Mathematics is required for those intending to study Science or Social Science courses.
- Literature-in-English is compulsory for Law candidates.
