NABTEB Releases 2024 GCE Examination Results; The National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB) has announced the release of results for the November/December National Business Certificate (NBC), National Technical Certificate (NTC), Advanced National Business Certificate (ANBC), and Advanced National Technical Certificate (ANTC) examinations. This was disclosed by the NABTEB Acting Registrar and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Nnasia Asanga.

According to Dr. Asanga, a total of 29,880 candidates, representing 67.56% of those who sat for the examinations, obtained five credits and above, including Mathematics and English Language. Additionally, 42,431 candidates, accounting for 95.94% of the candidates, obtained five credits or above, with or without English Language and Mathematics.
A total of 44,730 candidates registered for the examination, which was conducted across 1,825 centers nationwide. However, 256 candidates, representing 0.53% of those who sat for the examinations, were involved in examination malpractice.
Dr. Asanga further announced that NABTEB has commenced the issuance of electronic certificates. Candidates who sat for examinations between May/June 2017 and November/December 2022 can now obtain their certificates electronically.
How to Check Your NABTEB Result

Follow these steps to check your result:
- Visit the nearest NABTEB office to obtain your result-checking PIN.
- Go to the NABTEB results portal: https://eworld.nabteb.gov.ng
- Enter your Candidate Identification Number (e.g., 15001-001).
- Select the type of examination (Nov/Dec).
- Enter the four-digit examination year (e.g., 2023).
- Input the Card Serial Number and PIN found on your photocard. The Card Serial Number consists of an alphabet prefix followed by digits (e.g., N123456789).
- Enter the 12-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) from your scratch card (e.g., 012345678912).
- Click “Submit” and wait for your results to be displayed.
How to Receive Your Results via Email

To have your result sent to your email, follow these steps:
- Complete steps 1-5 above.
- Click on the “Send Results to E-mail” box.
- Enter a valid email address (e.g., segun@yahoo.com).
- Click “Submit” and wait for the results window to appear.
Candidates are encouraged to check their results promptly and take advantage of the electronic certificate issuance for past examinations.
