Federal Polytechnic Nekede SIWES Orientation for ND 1 Students 2024. The Federal Polytechnic, Nekede, invites all ND1 students from Morning, Evening, and Weekend programmes to the upcoming Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) Orientation. This one-day event aims to guide students through the essential aspects of the SIWES, ensuring a smooth start to this critical part of their academic journey.
Date and Time of the Orientation
The SIWES Orientation is scheduled for Tuesday, 29th October 2024. Students are expected to arrive at the School Pavilion by 10:00 am for a prompt start.

The orientation is vital for all ND1 students as it provides detailed guidance on the requirements and expectations during the SIWES programme. Students will learn about:

- Gaining insights into excelling in their chosen fields during the placement period

Please note that the distribution of SIWES logbooks will occur at the end of the orientation programme. Attendance is mandatory to receive logbooks, as this step is essential in the SIWES process.
