First Semester (2023/2024 & 2024/2025 Sessions)

  • October 7, 2024: First semester begins.
  • October 7 – October 25, 2024: Registration without penalty (3 weeks).
  • October 7 – December 20, 2024: Lectures for undergraduate and postgraduate students (11 weeks).
  • October 21 – October 25, 2024: Orientation week for new students.
  • October 28 – November 8, 2024: Late registration with penalty (2 weeks).
  • December 23, 2024 – January 3, 2025: Christmas break (2 weeks).
  • January 6 – January 10, 2025: Final week of lectures.
  • January 13 – January 17, 2025: Revision week before exams.
  • January 20 – February 7, 2025: First semester examinations (3 weeks).
  • February 10 – February 21, 2025: Semester break (2 weeks).

Second Semester (2023/2024 & 2024/2025 Sessions)

  • June 2 – June 20, 2025: Second semester examinations (3 weeks).
  • June 23 – August 1, 2025: Long vacation (6 weeks).

New Academic Session

  • August 4, 2025: 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 sessions begin.

Students are advised to note the registration dates and complete their registration on time to avoid late fees.
