Who Can Apply?
- UTME Candidates: You must have scored 180 or above in the 2024 UTME and have FUTA as your first choice.
- Direct Entry Candidates: You’re eligible if FUTA is your first choice and you meet the academic requirements.
- O’Level Requirements: Minimum of five credit passes, including English and Mathematics, from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB in no more than two sittings.
How to Apply for FUTA Post UTME/Direct Entry Screening
Follow these steps to apply:
- Visit FUTA’s Official Portal: Head to the university’s application portal.
- Enter Your Details: Fill in your UTME Registration Number and full name as they appear on your JAMB slip.
- Complete Your Registration: Submit the form and print your Registration Form for future reference.
Screening Fee
A non-refundable fee of ₦2,000 must be paid via Remita. You’ll need to generate the necessary code on the portal and then make the payment at any bank.
Important Deadlines
- The registration period ends on 7th October 2024.
- Make sure to upload your O’Level results on both the JAMB CAPS and FUTA portal by the same date.
- Applicants who miss these deadlines will not be eligible for the screening process.

- Candidates must be at least 16 years old by 1st October 2024 to qualify for admission.
- Failure to upload your O’Level results on JAMB CAPS and FUTA’s portal will make you ineligible for admission.
